Since 2014, Salisbury Group has delivered a range of FM services for Fortress Investment Group at its central London headquarters building. The provision includes mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance, office cleaning, waste management and janitorial services.

As Fortress regularly hosts a wide range of VIPs, it is imperative that Salisbury Group delivers a robust and well considered maintenance and cleaning regime that reflects our client’s reputation as a leading investment management firm.

We developed a bespoke regime to ensure compliance at the facility and minimise the number of reactive requirements. The cleaning team delivers daily tasks, periodic carpet cleans and internal glass cleans. Our plans always reflect the extended working hours executed on site.

For janitorial tasks, we have developed a service culture where the core focus is on supporting VIP visits. We provide clean and aesthetically pleasing meeting rooms, ensure that all rest room facilities are presented in a clean manner and maintain a first class reception area that makes a strong first impression with all visitors.
