Description of the solution

Euston Tower is a large skyscraper in central London. Built in the 1970s, it is a 36-floor office block that can accommodate over 3,000 employees and up to 1,500 visitors a day. Its number and variety of tenants as well as its proximity to national train stations make Euston Tower a unique site.

As part of our total FM provision, Salisbury Group provides a professional reception and concierge service. Our highly trained and presentable receptionists greet every visitor with a smile and a desire to make an excellent first impression.

We are committed to continuously improving the visitor experience. Due to the busy nature of Euston Tower – particularly during peak times – we have worked hard to reduce queues and ensure no one is left waiting for extended periods of time. We retrained our security officers in customer services so they can support the reception team during peak periods and we also upgraded the existing reception software. This led to a 75% reduction in reception waiting times and therefore, an improvement in the visitor journey and experience.
