Description of the solution
Situated in the West Midlands; Boyd House is a major Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) Data Centre where we are required to deliver business critical maintenance, cleaning and front of house services.
The site is also used for training and conference purposes and our front of house team are required to support conference set up and hospitality in line with HMRC’s requirements and expectations.
Salisbury is also responsible for delivering a range of winter services including gritting and snow clearance. We work closely with a range of partners to ensure that all winter requirements are delivered in an efficient manner to ensure the integrity of the estate and the safety of the site’s users.
Through delivering an integrated facilities management we have been able to deliver savings in excess of 15% to HMRC on site. We are committed to providing premium facilities management services on a consistent basis, working closely with HMRC to adapt to their needs and improve our levels of efficiency.
