Group Managing Director
Andrew is Group Managing Director and has been a leading figure in Salisbury Group since its founding. He is responsible for the performance of all company activities across the UK and Ireland.
Andrew brings to the role his unique career experience on both the client and provider sides of the contractual relationship. After working with Hyder and Turner & Townsend, he worked as a client advisor on one of the UK’s most complex total facilities management outsourcing projects.
In 2013, he led on the provider side as part of a landmark agreement to integrate a range of facilities services under a new company – Salisbury Group. This experience gives Andrew a key insight from both perspectives, including how to design facilities services that improve workplaces for the people who use them.
Strongly committed to learning and development, Andrew takes an active role in mentoring Salisbury’s young professionals and emerging talent. Outside of work, he is a keen tennis player and fan of the theatre.
Commercial and Finance Director
Karen joined Salisbury Group in 2017. Graduating from Newcastle-upon-Tyne with a first-class degree in mathematics and statistics, Karen obtained the ICAEW Chartered Accountancy qualification through BDO Stoy Hayward, before working with Laura Ashley and Accenture.
She has over 20 years of experience working in financial and commercial roles, with the last nine years spent working in the facilities management sector.
Karen enjoys participating in sports and fitness activities and she brings this drive to co-organise Salisbury’s annual corporate challenge – raising important funds for our charitable partners.
Managing Director, Sales and Marketing
Nick has worked for Salisbury Group since 2014. Following an early career in retail, Nick was at the forefront of the burgeoning mobile phone industry and set up various businesses in the North West of England.
Nick entered the facilities management sector as Sales Director for Rentokil Initial, before working in senior positions with Impellam Group, SPIE Matthew Hall and Interserve.
As a member of Salisbury’s Social Value Committee, Nick is passionate about improving employee wellbeing and supporting initiatives that make a difference in the community. He also enjoys keeping fit by cycling around the Lancashire plains.
