ANDREW LUNT
MANAGING DIRECTOR, ATLAS WORKPLACE SERVICES
Andrew brings to the role his unique career experience on both the client and provider sides of the contractual relationship. After working with Hyder and Turner Townsend, he worked as a client advisor on one of the UK’s most complex total facilities management outsourcing projects.
In 2013, he led on the provider side as part of a landmark agreement to integrate a range of facilities services under a new company. This experience gives Andrew a key insight from both perspectives, including how to design facilities services that improve workplaces for the people who use them.
Strongly committed to learning and development, Andrew takes an active role in mentoring our young professionals and emerging talent. Outside of work, he is a keen tennis player and fan of the theatre.
KAREN O’NEILL
COMMERCIAL AND FINANCE DIRECTOR, ATLAS WORKPLACE SERVICES
Karen joined us in 2017. Graduating from Newcastle-upon-Tyne with a first-class degree in mathematics and statistics, Karen obtained the ICAEW Chartered Accountancy qualification through BDO Stoy Hayward, before working with Laura Ashley and Accenture. She has over 20 years of experience working in financial and commercial roles, with the last nine years spent working in the facilities management sector.
Karen enjoys participating in sports and fitness activities and she brings this drive to co-organise our annual corporate challenge – raising important funds for our charitable partners.
