The Global Business Awards has announced Salisbury Group as the winner of its award for “Most Customer-Centric Facilities Management Business – UK & Ireland”.

Salisbury Group was recognised by the award panel as the company has established a bespoke model and high-quality training program for delivering excellent levels of customer service. The model puts the various company’s stakeholders at the heart of the service, using customer insights to identify and drive improvements in service delivery results. The company has also invested in a world-leading customer service training program which it has rolled out across its employee base.

The Global Business Awards was launched to recognise businesses and showcase their individual achievements and successes in the industries they operate in. The awards panel said:
