Salisbury Group is one of the UK’s leading providers of facilities services and our service provision includes facilities management, engineering maintenance, security services and cleaning services.

We provide services at more than 1,000 sites across the UK, including many important and iconic landmark sites.

Salisbury was built to be different to the faceless organisations in facilities management industry that often lack the human touch.

Our ambition is to make buildings and facilities better for the people who work in them. We do so by combining our unique understanding with useful technology and an above-and-beyond attitude from our people on the ground and in our support centres.

Salisbury Group was launched in 2013 with a landmark agreement to provide facilities management (FM) services to a national estate that hosts major government departments and FTSE-listed companies as tenants.

The services include engineering maintenance, cleaning, security and other facilities services. Since then, we have grown our contract base to include clients in sectors including universities and higher education, transport, local government, retail, recruitment, logistics and infrastructure.

Our portfolio is diverse, from modern corporate offices and listed buildings to secure warehouses and industrial ports. Every client is different and we treat each with a personalised and bespoke approach.

We now employ over 550 people in many different locations across the UK and Ireland.

Almost half of our personnel are mobile, travelling around their respective regions and reacting quickly to customer needs.
